BASIC
SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF OVERHEAD.............................$875.00
This is the basic fee that we charge for every family for our professional
expertise in assisting them with their preferences.Our services
include: consultation with the family; administrative and clerical
services; securing, preparing and filing necessary permits and/or
certificates with the appropriate agencies; and coordinating with
cemetery, crematory, common carrier or other third parties. In addition,
this fee includes proportionate share of the taxes, licenses, utilities
and business expenses required to serve the public. This fee for
our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost
of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included
in our charges for
direct cremation, immediate burials and forwarding or receiving
remains.)
EMBALMING………………………………………………………………...….............................$575.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law.
Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral
arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want
embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that
does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or
immediate burial.
